My Journey of Growth and Reinvention

My name is Judith Rojas, and I am deeply passionate about education. Since 2012, I have dedicated myself to the world of learning and development, evolving with the trends and changes of this fast-paced world. Over the years, I’ve embraced growth and transformation, understanding that education is as dynamic as the world we live in.

In 2020, I began working with professionals who aspire to create impactful training programs and turn their expertise into a livelihood. This new chapter allowed me to connect with individuals who share my belief in the power of education to transform lives.

By 2024, I took a bold step forward and created my own brand—an umbrella under which entrepreneurship, education, and personal growth converge. From this foundation, I launched my first program: "Create Experiences That Transform Lives." This initiative is more than a program; it’s a reflection of my vision to inspire others to see education as a transformative tool, not just a practice.

Yes, I continue to work as a consultant for companies, but my focus has shifted. Today, my approach is more personalized, more human, and more liberating. I firmly believe that the future is already here, and while we weren’t specifically trained or prepared for the world we now face, adaptation, evolution, and reinvention are the ways forward.

As the world and technology continue to reinvent themselves, so do I. I feel immense gratitude for what I have built and for what I continue to create. This journey has taught me that education is not just about knowledge but about growth, connection, and the courage to evolve.
